Last night, the new Galaxy Note10 was launched and this time it came in two sizes. Galaxy Note 10 and Note10 + are Samsung’s most powerful and creative Galaxy Note models. Both models feature an ergonomic and thin design with slightly rounded edges, a screen that covers 95 percent of the front of the mobile and comes in the new colors Aura Glow and Aura Black.
Performance in a class of its own
Both new smartphones have higher performance and are equipped with an intelligent battery, and Samsung promises that the mobile is perfect for both gaming and entertainment, and can be used as a mobile workstation or photo and video editing tool.
The powerful battery lasts longer, because over time, the phone automatically gets to know the user and thus can save power by turning off unused features. 30 minutes of charging should be enough for the Galaxy Note10 + to last for a full day, and with wireless battery sharing, users can also charge other Galaxy phones and devices like Buds, Watch and other QI-based devices.
Both models are also equipped with WiFi 6, providing more stable reception and up to 20 percent faster connection in environments with more competing WiFi networks, providing less delay and a better surf, streaming and gaming experience.
The screen on the Galaxy Note10 + is a 6.8” Wide Quad HD + Dynamic AMOLED with a custom user interface that should make it easy to use the phone even with one hand.
The Galaxy Note10 has a 6.3” Full HD + Dynamic AMOLED. Both models’ screens are in the 19: 9-format, which makes it easier to work with multiple applications at the same time. With the Eye Comfort display, blue light is reduced without affecting color quality, providing a more comfortable viewing experience.
Smarter S Pen with motion sensor
The Galaxy Note10 and Note10 + both come with an enhanced version of the S Pen with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), which allows it to be used to control presentations or used as a remote control for the camera.
Users’ handwritten notes can now also be easily converted to digital text for easier editing and sharing. Texts can be exported to various formats such as Microsoft Word.
In addition to taking notes directly on a locked screen or creating illustrations, the S Pen for the Galaxy Note10 and Note10 + has a new motion sensor that, via S Pen Air actions, allows you to execute commands or control games through gestures with the pen.
The S Pen has a brand-new lithium-titanium battery, with 6 minutes of charging (done automatically in the phone) for 10 hours of standby battery life. This means that users do not need to put the S Pen back into the phone as often to charge.
High class photos and videos
The new Galaxy Note10 and Note10 + have a new image stabilization designed to provide stable images and videos. Through the new night mode “Night Mode”, users can also take high quality photos in low light conditions – whether it is a late dinner, for a concert or to catch the sunset.
The feature is also available in the front camera to take clear selfies, even in darker environments. Both models feature a 10MP front camera with a minimal camera hole to give the display as large a surface as possible.
When it comes to the main camera, the Galaxy Note10 has a triple camera with ultra-wide angle, wide angle and telephoto lenses. In addition to the three cameras, the Galaxy Note10 + also has a brand-new depth camera (DepthVision, VGA). This allows, among other things, to shoot with bokeh effect (depth of field) and also create your own 3D renderings using the 3D Scanner app.
It also has Time-Of-Flight functionality, which means the camera can measure distance and dimensions, for example, to see if a piece of furniture fits into the home.
A new feature of the Galaxy Note10 and Note10 + is the Audio Zoom, where the mobile’s three microphones enable the user to enclose the sound in the room to create even greater presence in movies.
Samsung ecosystem
For the Galaxy Note10 and Note10 +, the Samsung DeX has been further enhanced. With a USB adapter, users can easily connect their Galaxy Note10 to PC or MAC and can work with mobile and computer in parallel on the same screen. The user can thus use both mobile apps and computer programs and easily move files between computer and mobile.
The Galaxy Note10 and Note10 + have a large internal memory, are water and dust proof according to IP68 and are sound optimized by AKG. The Samsung Knox Security Platform protects the device content along with the screen’s fingerprint readers and face recognition.
The Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note10 + will launch on August 23 and come in the colors Aura Glow and Aura Black.
